How to find and view YouTube comments

A YouTube comment viewer shows the comments on a public YouTube video or Short in one list, replies included. This one reads them without a login: paste the link, search by keyword or username, sort by likes or date, and export what you see as a CSV. No YouTube account, and nobody gets notified.

Find your own comment Type your channel name or handle in the search box after the comments load. The list keeps your comments and replies and hides the other authors, so you can open the comment you were looking for.

Paste a video or Shorts link Use the URL from your browser or the share link from YouTube.

Search and sort Filter by a word or username. Sort by likes or date, and follow the replies in the same list.

How do I find my own comment on a YouTube video?

Paste the video link, load the comments, then type your channel name or handle in the search box. Your comments and replies stay in the list while everything else drops out. If your comment is not among the 100 loaded, use the free Chrome extension or an Adlicio account for a deeper pull.

How do I search YouTube comments for a word?

Load the video, then type the word or phrase in the search box. The list keeps only comments and replies that contain it, and the count shows how many matched.

Can I search comments by username?

Yes. Type a channel name or handle to narrow the loaded comments to that channel's comments and replies on the video. It cannot search everything a channel has commented across YouTube.

Do I need a YouTube account?

No. The viewer reads public videos and Shorts without a login. Private videos and members-only content are not supported.

How many comments does it show?

Up to 100 comments and replies per run. For larger comment sections, use the free Chrome extension or an Adlicio account.

Does it work on YouTube Shorts?

Yes. Paste the Shorts URL exactly as you would paste a standard YouTube video link.

Can I export the comments?

Yes. Download the visible comments as a CSV with the comment text, author, date, likes and replies.

Can I find the first comment on a video?

Choose Oldest in the sort menu. The first loaded comment is the oldest comment YouTube returned, which is the first comment on most videos.

Why is a comment missing?

YouTube can hide comments held for review, removed as spam or written by blocked accounts. The viewer only shows comments YouTube serves publicly. On a large video, the comment may also be beyond the 100 loaded in this run.

Can I see deleted comments?

No. Once YouTube or the channel owner removes a comment, it is gone from the public video and cannot appear here.

Why does it say the tool is resting?

The viewer has a shared daily budget so nobody can run up its costs. When that budget is used, it resets at midnight UTC. Videos opened earlier that day can still load from the cache.

How do I see my comments on YouTube?

YouTube keeps your own comment history under History, then Comments, in the app and on the website. If you know which video it was, paste its link here and search your channel name to find the comment and its replies faster.

Can I see a YouTube user's comment history across videos?

Not here. The viewer reads one video at a time. Search a channel name inside a video to find that person's comments and replies on it.
