03FAQ

Product finder FAQ

How does Product Finder rank products?

It searches Reddit for threads about the category, reads the most useful comments, identifies named products, then counts how many collected comments mention each one. The list is sorted by that count.

Is Product Finder free?

Yes. You can run free searches without an account. Repeated searches are cached, so popular categories often return immediately without using another public run.

Why use Reddit for product recommendations?

Reddit threads contain detailed comparisons from people who have tried several options. The useful part is not a single opinion. It is the repeated product names and reasons that appear across many comments.

What does mentions mean?

Mentions is the number of comments in this search that name the product. It is counted from the collected comments in code after extraction, not estimated by the language model.

How do I get every comment behind the ranking?

Open the linked receipts to inspect individual comments. To collect the full conversation and turn it into ad angles, scrape the source threads in Adlicio.
